Our students benefit from everyday access to technology. Plus, our small class sizes facilitate many hands-on learning opportunities for our students.

At Erie Day School, technology and computer training begins in early childhood and continues through lower and middle school where it is integrated into the entire curriculum. In this digital age, we believe students benefit from the integration of technology in the classroom.

We have interactive whiteboards, a school-wide wireless network and a new 20-unit mobile computer lab, which holds laptops that can be taken to individual classrooms. The mobile lab provides maximum teacher and user flexibility. It also alleviates the need for an additional computer lab or computer stations that are only suitable for a child of a certain age. The 20-unit lab facilitates the goal of providing all students easy access to current technology and computers.

Our young students are taught keyboarding and Internet safety skills. Middle school students are also given the opportunity to take computer and technology-based courses such as:

• Excel
• HTML
• Robotics
